Hello:

Anybody out there with a HP Color Laserjet 2840. I am having trouble installing it. It is not getting found on my Novell 6.0 network. HP says Novell is not supported. However, I should be able to use TCPIP over my ethernet wire. I have tried shut down ZA pro during the install. I do not know how to get around shut down or allowing the NAT on the Netgear switch. I am thinking something maybe stopping me in the background. The unit will not install with ethernet to network or with the USB port to the Local. Windows shows the printer found then HP menu is not highlighted to hit next. I spend 45 minutes on hold at HP tech phone. I had to hang up to do other things. If anyone has this unit or similar  units, let me know how you got it to work. I have tried both the installation disk and the newest HP download install.
