Had another thought. Maybe your client should give (or use themselves)
the old 4-port router to a home user. There are still a lot of users
out there who aren't using any sort of firewall/router between their PCs
and the cable/DSL modems.
Then to grow their network in the future, simply add an 8/16/24 port
gigabit switch to one of the ports on the 8-port router.
