Actually there is a surprising amount of truth in it.
Chemo and radiation harm the body, destroy the immune system, and often
cause the
surviving cancer cells to be tougher. yes
"Sugar is a cancer-feeder." yes
Milk is a cancer-feeder. yes
Unfortunately they go for the conventional dietary advice: vegetables,
whole grains,
seeds, nuts and a little fruit.

If you just substitute "wheat protein" in the first sentence, you'll have
it.
The putrefied meat in the bowels is urban folklore, and is well known to
be such by generations of anatomy students.

Wrong here. High-quality protein builds up the immune system.
Feedlot meat is from sickly animals, and does contain antibiotics,
hormones, and E coli and other parasites. So don't eat feedlot/CAFO meat.
Relax and enjoy life: yes
No plastic in microwave or freezer: yes
So close.... it's a shame they put the folklore diet in the newsletter.
Maybe the editors just wouldn't allow the truth on dietary guidelines. The
Cancer Society and the AHA would be down their throats for sure.
