Ginny-girl, you never cease to crack me up, sister!!! But I've got a question totally off this topic. Hubby gets bouts of high blood pressure. Not often enough, thank goodness, for me to remember what to do each time, which is sorta embarrassing. Each time I have to Google the foods he needs to combat it, but thought this might be easier. Asking you guys. When I give him the right foods, he's fine within a day or two. Sooooo....asking here instead of Googling. Thanks, guys.

Without a doubt in my mind, this is entirely cultural. Men think they
can eat crap and live forever. Women are afraid to get fat. None of
this would apply in a different culture, and none of it has to do
with health, Paleo, or instinct.

If greens were not to do any good, could one argue that we should
have evolved completely into carnivores? Why, after all this time, do
we still have molars which grind and enzymes to break down cellulose?
What could possibly be the biological advantage of eating useless food?

ginny
