I just fo
I have been on a mostly (90%) paleo diet for 8 months now.

I just found out I am pregnant (yes it was planned - yay me!) with our first.

My query is, It is common knowledge that when pregnant, you should have calcium supplements otherwise the developing baby will strip your bones and stuff of yours.. How true is this? Will sticking to a paleo diet still be good for the baby?

What natural/paleo foods contain calcium so I can ensure I include them in my diet????
