Right now my digestive system is very sensitive. I
find that extra virgin olive oil burns a bit but lite
olive oil doesn't bother me. I find that saturated
fat especially from beef has been resulting is
worsening of my asthma. I've tried coconut oil but
right now I just seem to be getting worse on it. The
most tolerable fats right now are goose/duck fat,
light olive oil and sometimes I will even use a little
canola oil. I was using ghee for a while but not
lately. Nuts and eggs give me a lot of trouble. In
terms of timing I usually eat fat with breakfast,
lunch and dinner. If I am eating a leaner cut of meat
then I will I find up to 2 T. seems to be okay. I am
having lots of allergy problems right now (worse than
usual) and am also concern that I aggravated my
stomach with exercises earlier this year. I am
schedule to see a GI doctor to find out more if I
injured my stomach. At this point I am not sure if my
stomach and throat are irritated because of allergy or
because of injury.

Mike
