I have found that too much fruit or even a little bit of fruit on the sour
side like strawberries blueberries, pineapples, oranges, lemons etc, give me sore
throats as well as raw tomatos, wine and other alcohol.

that really indicate an improvement though if you only feel
better when you avoid those foods? On a different note, I have had a very
sore throat since Sunday and am beginning to wonder if it's something I am
eating. My lab results all came back negative so it's not bacterial and I
figured a viral infection would have cleared by now? The problem is I can't
think of anything I eat or drink on a daily basis. Because I have food
allergies I am on a 4 day rotation so I am a bit puzzled. It gets a little
better toward evening but during the night and the first part of the day
every time I swallow it makes me want to scream. Consuming anything but
liquids is painful.
