I'm not in anyone else's shoes but my own, but when it comes to
scheduling meals, it is hard for me to conceive of not being able to
eat anything unless you do it at a certain time of day, either before
leaving for work, or during lunch time.
All anyone would have to do would be to keep a bag of nuts or raisins
or something at your desk, or in your purse or even in your pocket,
which could be eaten virtually anywhere at any time.
No, it's not necessarily a full meal, but it doesn't have to be.
Eating paleo has caused me to question almost every single one of my
assumptions about eating as well as my actual eating habits. Most of
my beliefs about how I "had" to eat are just not true.
