Hello,
There are many adaptations that can be made from using simpler computer
like devices such as the Alphasmart, to enlarged keyboards, to joysticks to
voice recognition for older children. Some good places you can start are

and you'll see several subjects under Adaptive/Assistive Technology. Look
especially for RJ Cooper, Trace Center, and Resna.
