Phil I think that when you are ask about over write that you can tab once 
more and it will say something about yes to all.  It as been a time since I 
had 98 on the computer.  hth

Can anyone tell me, I must be missing something, how to tell everything on C
drive to be copied to the D drive which is my backup drive and without being
prompted for overwrites?
