You can cut parts eg silence etc add effects echo etc insert pieces you have
a kind of scope display which you can zoom in on and mark start then
highlight what you want but be sure to select first
 dead easy to work with but not for recording CDEX is better audacity if a
mic pluged in wont do stereo

what sort of editing or post production/mixing features does audacity have?
I use goldwave currently for all my post editing work such as equalization,
effects and mixing.
