Hey Mr. Purist:

In case you haven't noticed, most of us use a computer as part of the ham 
shack, and probably better than half of us use this product.  We've already 
gone around this issue a few times.  The conclusion that was reached was 
that IBM didn't put the DEL key on the keyboard to waste space.
