I know you probably know about the  Owasys 22C screenless phone described 
at:

www.screenlessphone.com

which speaks all supported functions, but you are probably looking for 
something smaller.  If you have a T-Mobile plan, that phone costs $200.00 or 
so because T-mobile subsidizes that phone where as Cingular only supports 
it.
