Hi Tom,

I've been thinking a little more about your atomic watch.  If the hands are 
two minutes behind, I think that you have to pull the battery out when all 
hands are pointing at 12:00.  Wait about 5 minutes to make sure that the 
electronic part of the watch has lost its memory and then put the battery 
back in and at 3:00 am the next morning, your watch should reset itself. 
Don't forget to reset your timezone.
