Hello Jerry:
I am using a Butternut hf9v and have added a 160 MTR kit to make it 10
bands.
I have it ground mounted with radials just under the sod and they are of
randum lengths.
I have had great success with it on all bands.
I think you will find your antenna will work better on the ground rather
than on a tower; that's my opion.
