This organization is run by the infamous C.J. Samson of Utah. He's been
banned from virtually all of the buy/sell/trade lists for failing to follow
through on promises, taking money without shipping items, etc. The best
thing you can possibly do is avoid dealing with the company at all costs.

Simply looking at the web page at:

  http://www.ableq.com/

should give you fair warning. He's offering a PAC Mate with 40-cell braille
display which normally sells for nearly $6000 for $1925 and that's absurd.
In the past, questions have been raised about how he obtains some of the
  items he offers for sale.
