John,

Make sure you open the ports on the Norton firewall.  I think they are 5198 and 
5199 and 5200.  I think the first two are set UDP only, but I'd have to look 
that up for sure.

If you can't find the port instructions, and nobody else has given you the 
specific directions, I'll re-send them.

Just installed new release of Norton Internet Security. When trying to=20=

connect to Station or Test Server I get Timeout message.
Any suggestions since I had no problems in the past.
