Darn those folks at Charter!

Bob Tinney and I have been having similar problems with bounced messages 
from e-mail lists.

If anyone gets to the powers that be at Charter, please impress upon them 
the seriousness of the problems we are having.

I am seriously considering changing my ISP because of this.
