I think these so-called home owner associations have gone much too far. 
There is very little difference in owning verses renting.  My sister and her 
husband were in a home owners association that proposed cluster mailboxes 
which they fought saying that if they wanted cluster mailboxes they would 
have rented an apartment.  I don't know the outcome, but while I don't offer 
much hope for this Alabama man's protest, this kind of thing must stop. 73.
