I was visiting my sister for a week and she got dinged for an out of
state car parked in front of her house!  Wonder if the color of your
toilet  paper is specified by some of these outfits?

I think HOA's can almost do what they want; it depends on what is in the

contract for that association.  They can even specify what color you can
paint 
your own house.

Not just wrong, but illegal. As I understand it, antennas to receive
television signals cannot be banned...I forget the exact rule,
though.
