I think the Trekker is the best bet.
Though its expensive, its definitely worth every penny.
There are lots of agencies and organizations that will help to perchase
these as well.
Since they are a relatively new peace of adaptive equipment, lots of times
organizations are all too happy to buy them to see if they truely do help as
much as they appear to.
