I'm looking in to that for down the road too, I want one I can hook up to
the THD7AG, not that I have one yet but since my hole club I'm president of
has them, I was going to setup a node here to relay the signal out and
possibly get in to a little APRS, as far as reporting my position anyway. I
don't know how well it will work out, but it's 1 of the ideas I want to toy
with. It comes in handy with the club I belong to with some of our events
and stuff.
