Hi Tom,
One thing that I forgot to mention was that a Charter security team member 
mentioned to me last night is that you could try unplugging your cable modem 
over night so that the modem will get a new IP address when you power it up 
in the morning.  Now, if this is true, that means that Charter and probably 
other ISP's are keeping statistics on us.  Oh Well, my Mother did that too 
when I was little, now I guess its big brother's turn!
