I think we call that a gift of air.
Taking away the cw requirement to get on HF for the tech holders, but still
only allowing them to operate cw frequencies, other then the ten meter phone
freqs.
really silly.
Its a gift of air, and likely a way of motivating people to upgrade to the
general class.
35 questions? wow, we have 100 for the basic and 50 for the advanced.
