Karen and others,

I currently have another proposal into ICORS to establish the AAC-Pals
listserv. AAC-Pals is going to mostly be focused towards kids who rely on
some form of augmentative and alternative communication to communicate with,
but I'd be happy to accept any child with a disability on the list.

I sent my proposal in Monday evening, and haven't heard anything back yet so
I wonder if they only grant list owners 1 list. Does anyone know their
policy? I'd love to have both AAC-List and AAC-Pals if possible.

Thanks,
Anthony

Thanks for the info on those lists. I have just subscribed. I am also
interested in a list that my pre-teen can use to talk with other kids or
maybe a
chat room just for kids with disabilities. Thanks so much. Karen N.
