Hello Everyone,
 
My brother, a newly diagnosed celiac, is due to travel to Istanbul, Turkey  
in the next couple of days.  I know it is short notice but I was  hoping 
someone might know, firstly, where I could locate  a "restaurant card" in Turkish.   
Additionally, I would be  so appreciative if someone might be able to offer 
any specific advice about  eating there or even general info regarding Turkish  
cuisine.   I'll summarize.
