I love the Cream Biscuits from the Whole Foods Glutenfree bake house. I don't
have a local Whole Foods and so I've tried to make biscuits. I started with
wheat flour cream biscuit recipes, and substituted a mix of rice, potato starch,
and tapioca which is what the Whole Foods biscuits have. My biscuits have never
come close to the texture and taste of the Whole Foods biscuits. Anyone make
biscuits they're happy with, or specifically, that come out like the Whole Foods
ones?
