Very Much So!
My problems are often short term variations in temperature, as well
as the effects of eating too much or too little of various foods that
affect the dopamine / serotonin balance.
Too much dopamine from too much tyrosine/phenylalinine rich foods, and
and I end up feeling a bit nervous, almost paranoid, spending too much
time testing the programs I write. Too much seratonin, and none of my
programs work because I feel too confidant that they will work... Can't
win either way as an engineer! You have to find a good balance.
