I've been struggling with a body that doesn't work right since I was a
kid. Taking armour and/or cytomel did nothing for me. I am still so
tired and lacking in energy. My joints and muscles ache. I keep trying
things but nothing seems to help. My temperature still runs from 94.5 to
96.8 as a rule. It didn't change with the medication.
I read on another list how people starting lo-carb diets feel wonderful
after the first few days. Since I am carbohydrate sensitive and insulin
resistant and diabetic, this is the only food scheme appropriate for me.
But I don't feel better.
I sympathize and empathize with you Katherine. It's puzzling and
frustrating. And to top it all off, this evening when I told my husband
I had to take a pain-killer and/or an energizer in order to function,
especially late afternoon. he said I shouldn't take pills. When I said -
then what should I do, kill myself - his resonse was "that's a good
idea."
Well, enough of the pity-party, it doesn't solve anything ether.
