SuzyQ,

Great advice!  Only thing I would add is that the symptoms for Hashi's are not
entirely the same as Hypothyroidism....what I've been told by more than one
endo (specialists), and what is my experience is that Hashi's can give you a
combination of hypo and hyper symptoms, with the body leaning toward one or
the other...to look at me I definitely look hypo, but I also have had those
hyper symptoms...
