Jen,

It sure would be nice, but if it were so, who would benefit? They do not
need peace of mind from us, or in the things we do here, they get it from
God and his watchful eye over us, and if we are in wonder whether they do
or don't see us and etc. what good does it do us with that quandary, and
even if they did see us? Again, what could we offer them in satisfaction
God couldn't. In a way it is putting us before God and that is dangerous
ground. To think we have the ability or power to turn their head away from
the praises of God is kind of presumptuous when ya think about it. So you
see, there really isn't any good thing to come out of it. Again my opinion.
Like I say, yes it would be nice to know they see us and take part in
things that they assumably missed out by their passing, but we ought take
more comfort knowing they are much more occupied with the God we claim to
love more than anything. It is one of those things we must face up to the
fact that we are here, and they are there, and one day we'll all be there,
and relationships, no matter what we assume will be then, will all be
settled upon our arrival and that will more than suffice.
