I was diagnosed 4 months ago and I can't eat any of the pastas and other
non-gluten products without all the gastro problems. I can't eat many
veggies. I feel like an outsider...with all the talk about GF products. It
seems as if everyone has just just jumped from gluten products to GF
products and are living happily ever after. I on the other hand am having a
