I am the original poster for the information from TCCSG. Therefore, I feel
responsible for reporting directly to the list.
A business in the Metro Detroit Area was attempting to bring in Sami's
Products as GF. Apparently, there is an Urban Legend that it is GF and responsibly
the support group had the products tested.
Talking to a business owner in Florida is not sufficient to overwhelm the
evidence presented. And the Legend lives on - especially among older people who
are snow birds in Florida. So how does one stop "word of mouth".

Subject: Bodi's Bake Shop GF Bread - NOT GLUTEN-FREE - DO NOT EAT!
<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>
The so called "GF Bread" from Bodi's Bake Shop in Twin
Lakes, Wisconsin is NOT GLUTEN-FREE - After much
discussion they have finally said that there is a
small amount of enriched wheat flour and barley malt
in it. Please DO NOT EAT!

It is the responsibility of each of us to keep current on changes in product
but we know that many celiacs do not do this. Therefore, old information
remains and is passed on by word of mouth. In an ideal world this would not be
but this is not an ideal world.
By the way, there is no one standard for gluten in Europe. Each country has
it's own rules and its own organization. So much for one voice.
