The Gettysburg Gluten-Free Group will be meeting on Monday, May 7th at the Gettysburg Hospital Community Room. Naomi Poe , founder of Better Batter GF Flour Company will speak on GF baking and food science. Vendors present will be Naomi herself, plus Cindy Sunderland of Gluten Free 4 Me and Victor Davila of Food Tek.
We also will have the fun of meeting an author from neighboring Maryland, Jules Shepard, who will sell and autograph her book Nearly Normal Cooking!
We will have free samples of GF foods to take home and try. Come and join us for some fun and fellowship in historic Gettysburg!
