I have noticed many times that when I eat pork, I have gluten reactions. I
always be sure to buy butcher shop pork that does not have any broth or
anything added to it, just plain pork, such as pork roast, chops, ribs, etc.
I never have this reaction w/bacon or natural ham though.
Another person who has celiac disease said that he also has problems & was
told by his support group that if the pigs were fed grain that has gluten,
it could carry over into the meat.
Just wondered if anyone else has such a reaction or has any information on
this.
