You're close, the MB is USB enabled, but you're going to need either back or front plate connectors.
Back plate would go in place of an open expansion slot, front plate in place of an open CD/HDD slot, unless the case allows different interface. My PC case has a front connect on the side.
Take a look at the MB, you should see, based on your resource listing, two or more 9-pins marked as USB #. Four on top of five, fifth top pin missing.
