Hello All:

I was asked a question by someone running JAWS 8.0 on a new Windows XP
machine. She has an older Braille Window Braille Display that on her
old computer ran through the parallel port. Her new computer doesn't
have a parallel port so she got an adapter to work with it. She has
Braille Window checked as the Default Braille Display, but nothing will
come up on the Braille Display. I wonder if anyone has had any luck
using a Braille Window on a Windows XP machine running JAWS 8 with an
adapter to convert from parallel to something else?

Thanks,
