I think that you would not be able to digest the parasites and they could
potentially be a problem?

I have been eating organic bison liver which I first cut into small pieces,
freeze for 2 or more weeks, then after taking out 1 or 2 pieces, dice into
many very small fragments. I then spoon it up, place on top of my tongue,
and wash down with water (don't get any of that horrible taste). Usually I
have 2 or 3 teaspoons a day in the morning. After the liver, I have my
Carlson's lemon flavoured cod liver oil which wipes out any vestigial liver
flavours....

I'd like to do the same with other organic meats but I wonder if I should
freeze first (probably a good idea).....or just eat from the package.
