I've been eating paleo for three weeks and feeling great. I do miss bread
and things I can dip I am sorely tested.
>I don't miss it most days but just occasionally it's hard.

I have found that it takes six months to develop a "habit" for the brain.
After two months on paleo of rejecting the forbidden foods, you might find
that eating one of those foods won't feel quite right, maybe an intolerant
reaction, aches here and there, itchy throat, etc. After six months, you're
home free. Hang in there and welcome to health. Oliva
