Hi William, 

Advanced medical care might be useful for treating infections and injuries
resulting from battles with wildlife, the environment, and other humans.
Doubtless there are other health hazards that I can't imagine. :-) 

I'm also skeptical about Marilyn's thought that they might have lived longer
than we do for the very reasons stated above. Although I have little faith
in the many modern medical interventions for psychiatric, chronic,
autoimmune, malignant, and dietary ailments, I think they do pretty well
when treating accidental and battle injuries along with the results from
other catastrophes.
