The science is very confused on this issue, as it is on many, many  
others having to do with nutrition.  If glycogen store replenishment  
is an issue for anybody, it's an issue for endurance athletes.  But  
read Phinney's study.  He's found that even in endurance athletes who  
are at *zero* carb intake, more than sufficient replenishment will  
occur.

You're not an endurance athlete, so you have to worry even less.
