Thanks for the studies.  I'll have to take a closer look at them.  But let me say this: We may very well need copper, but the point is that the copper in chocolate apparently negates one of chocolate's main selling points, "the cancer and heart protective attributes of catechin."

Did you find any studies on chocolate and phenylethylamine, n-acetylethanolamine or the opiate substance these two substances cause the brain to produce: anandamine?
