BTW, I was confused by cocoa "beans" myself until I looked it up some time
ago, so I'm not trying to come across as a smarty pants or anything. I had
read NeanderThin, The Paleo Diet and online resources like the archives of
this list and noticed there was disagreement on some foods, including cocoa,
so I checked them out (Google and Wikipedia make it easy for me :-) ). It
would be nice if every food was clear cut Paleo or not, but it turns out
that some are in a hazy zone in-between. Makes for interesting debates
though.
