Thanks Ginny, Bren, and Anna...

I went to see a 'Heilpraktiker' in Germany. She is my friend.
She tested me with a bio-resonance machine and based on that determined that
I have problems with my thyroid (true), adrenals (true), stomach, and liver.
And based on that she gave me two homeopathics to take. Overall I feel so
much better (when I am not PMSing) - more energy, more positive outlook,
etc. However, I am just not sure that what she gave me will also eventually
help with the hormones. And she is also the one who suggested the soy
products. Although she agrees that grains are not healthy for you, she is
doesn't necessarily believe in paleo.

How do you find someone who can help you with homeopathics? I know I can
read about them but I think self-medicating with them is a different story.

Another friend turned me on to radiantwonder.com. I am thinking about
getting a free consultation with an herbalist there. They give a full refund
if you don't like the products or if they don't help.

So Ginny...you are trained in homeopathy?

One more thing, I still eat a lot of protein so I am not sure how much that
weighs in. The thing is, I feel really good and have good energy when I eat
lots of protein and fat, and some carbs. I am out of town right now doing
contract work. Because I have several food intolerances it has been hard to
eat the way I try to eat at home. For the most part I have been eating
protein, lettuce, and olive oil. Some days I had a few carrots or some water
chestnuts with the lettuce but that's about it.

My thoughts also, Kristina. Anna beat me to it! Homeopathy is great
at resolving women's freaky hormone issues. Been there!

If you have any questions, either of us can point you at some links,
etc.
