Hi John & List;
The G7A will monitor both bands at the same time.
And, it has a builtin TNC so you can use it to control another Kenwood radio that uses Sky command.

There are quite a few out there you can monitor 2 frequencies at once,
THF6A, ICW32A, 1 of the yaesu HT's, vx6 or 7, I forget, some one was showing
me his a few weeks ago, and I think the Kenwood THD7AG but don't hold me to
that one. I want one but don't have it yet, it's a ways off, I want to pay
some bills and then I'll be playing with with different radios all the time
like I used to.
