There is an analyser that goes to UHF made by MFJ but how accessible it is
is debatable

Yes, we designed a VCO that goes inside the 209 and produces a
tone that follows the SWR meter, also tells you when below 2/1.
The 209 covers 1.7MHz to 170MHz in 6 bands.

I don't think I've seen an analyzer that goes higher in
frequency.
