Do a google on g4fon

That will get you to one of the better code training programs out 
there.  It uses the coch method in which you start with two letters, 
and add a new one when your efficiency reaches at least 90%.

This is the method used by the german radio schools during worlld war II.
I still go back to the program when aI need a refresher.
