Not all of them, these we have at the EOC are only about 4 or 5 years old 
and they can't do direct entry, I know I've tried. I forget the numbers on 
them right now but I know I checked so some may have it but these don't and 
I know some one else with an alinco HT that doesn't have it. In fact, I have 
a few friends with their HT's that don't same with the duel band mobiles. 
Some may, but definitely not all. 1 local ham got one just a month ago that 
has no direct entry, he was complaining about that in fact.
