I downloaded this manual but it is in PDF graphic format.  Obviously, screen 
reader say there is not text found.  A friend told me that there is a 
program, "Foxit Reader" which can scan PDF graphic files to text but I 
didn't find that it does.  Think if such a program exists, most of us would 
have heard of it.

Does anyone have this manual in text or recorded format and if so will share 
it with me?
