Thanks Elizabeth - I don't have any homemade broth right now and don't have
the energy to make any, but I have some organic vegetable broth here. The
kind without yeast, chemicals, etc. Just filtered water and organic veggies.
I am having some of that with raw crushed garlic, lots of Vitamin C (I am
not strict paleo), and I thought probiotics might help.
I am also doing something I ordinarily don't do - I am resting. It's SO hard
for me to just sit still, but I don't have the energy to do anything. The
combination of adrenal fatigue and a cold has got me on the couch under
covers with lots of water next to me and my broth. Actually, the adrenal
fatigue was my concern with fasting. I have read so much about how the
adrenals need to be nourished and also posted about it a few days ago.

>>That's what I do. I just made a huge batch of homemade chicken broth
yesterday. I let it cook all day on the stove.
Sorry you're not feeling better, but that is great you haven't had a cold in
2 years! :) Much better than most people!
Lots of rest, and get some humidity in your home near where you rest/sleep
too, if it's dry.
Take care, Elizabeth
